Information We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

We only collect information you actively send to us:

• Contact form submissions — Your name, email address, and the message you write when you use our contact page.
• Error or feedback reports — Details about a calculator issue you choose to report, including any description you provide.

We do not require any registration or account creation to use the site. You can use every calculator without identifying yourself in any way.

What We Do Not Collect

We do not use tracking scripts, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or any third-party data collection tools. We do not set cookies, use browser fingerprinting, or record your IP address. Visiting this site leaves no trace with us.

How We Use Information

The only information we ever receive is what you choose to send us through the contact form. We use it for one purpose: to reply to you and, where relevant, to fix the calculator issue you reported. That's it.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any automated decision-making. Once a conversation is resolved, your contact details are not used for any further communication unless you initiate it.

No Cookies or Tracking

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, session storage, or any browser-based tracking mechanism. No cookies are set when you visit this site — not for analytics, not for preferences, not for anything.

The calculators themselves run entirely in your browser using standard HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. No data from your inputs is sent anywhere — not to our servers, not to any third party.

Third-Party Services

We keep third-party integrations to the bare minimum. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising networks, affiliate trackers, social media plugins, or any data broker services.

Web Hosting

The site is served from a standard web hosting provider. Like all web servers, it produces access logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp) as part of normal infrastructure operation. We do not actively collect or analyse these logs, and they are routinely purged per our host's standard retention schedule. We do not use these logs for marketing or profiling of any kind.

Google Fonts

We load typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches a font file, Google's servers receive your IP address and browser user agent as part of the standard HTTP request. No cookies are set by Google Fonts. See the Google Fonts Privacy FAQ for details. If you prefer to block this, a browser extension such as uBlock Origin will prevent the request.

Data Sharing & Selling

The only personal data we ever hold is what you send through the contact form. That stays with us and is used solely to respond to you. It is not shared with any external party for any purpose.

Data Retention

We hold almost no personal data, and what little we do hold is not kept longer than necessary:

• Contact form submissions — Retained for up to 24 months to allow for follow-up on reported issues, then deleted.
• Calculator inputs — Not retained at all. Processing happens entirely in your browser and nothing is sent to us.

You may request early deletion of any personal data we hold about you by contacting us (see Section 10).

Your Rights

Regardless of where you are in the world, you have the following rights over any personal data we hold about you:

• Access. You may request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
• Correction. You may request that inaccurate personal data be corrected.
• Deletion. You may request that we delete any personal data we hold about you. Because we collect so little, this is usually a straightforward request to fulfill.

In practice, the only personal data we are likely to hold is a contact form message with your name and email. If you'd like it removed, just ask and we'll take care of it promptly.

Children's Privacy

AllConcreteCalculator.com is a professional tool aimed at contractors, engineers, and adult DIY users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 where applicable under GDPR).

If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us through a contact form, please notify us immediately using the contact information in Section 11 and we will promptly delete that information.

Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect the limited personal data we hold:

• HTTPS everywhere. All traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS. Look for the padlock in your browser's address bar.
• Minimal data collection. The best protection for data is not collecting it in the first place. Calculator inputs never reach our servers.
• Access controls. Access to any stored contact form data is restricted to a small number of authorized team members.
• Regular review. We periodically review our security practices and update them as needed.

No system is completely secure. If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability in our site, please disclose it responsibly by contacting us directly before publishing.

Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we do:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will be revised.
• For material changes that affect how we handle personal data you have already provided, we will post a prominent notice on the site for at least 30 days prior to the change taking effect.
• Continued use of the site after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Past versions are available on request.
